Strategic exercise selection designed to make you the strongest, leanest, and best version of yourself! The Adult Fitness Classes are divided into 3 primary training categories that will alternate to provide a well-balanced total body training program. 

Mon/Wed/Fri - Total Body Strength Days

Tues/Thurs/Sat - Circuit/HIIT Days
