Youth Performance Classes

The Middle School and High School Performance Classes are designed to prepare student-athletes for the physical demands of their sport in a semi-private training environment. They include total body strength training, power, linear speed, agility, and flexibility. 

  
 

Monday - Thursday

4:30-5:30 PM  -  High School Class
5:00-6:00 PM  -  Middle School Class
5:30-6:30 PM  -  Middle School Class
6:00-7:00 PM  -  Middle School Class 
6:30-7:30 PM  -  High School Class
7:00-8:00 PM  -  High School Class
