Hallie Smith grew up in Caddo Mills, Texas where she developed her love of sports and participated in volleyball and track and field throughout high school. She received All-State, First-Team All district, and school honors throughout her high school volleyball career and went on to play at the collegiate level at, Division 1 Junior College, Vernon College. There, she was voted captain and led her team to Regional qualifiers both years and received Second Team All-Conference and Coach's honors. There, Hallie received an Associates of Science degree in Kinesiology. After completing her first degree, Hallie transferred to Southeastern Oklahoma State University and continued her volleyball career where she assisted her team in making the Conference tournament in 2017. After wrapping up her collegiate volleyball career in 2018, Hallie focused her time shadowing strength and conditioning coaches as well as head coaching at Believe Volleyball Club. Upon graduating, Hallie began personal training and shadowing established fitness professionals in the field. She is in the process of studying for the Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exams under the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). Hallie has now been training athletes and general population of all ages and experience levels for almost 2 years. Hallie prides herself on providing science-based training with extensive research in functional movement, performance, and strength and conditioning.
