About Austin
Austin was born and raised in Rowlett, Texas where he played football, baseball, and participated in powerlifting. Following playing football and finishing his undergraduate degree at Texas State University, Austin spent 3 years at Michael Johnson Performance (’15-’18) while concurrently completing his Master’s degree in Kinesiology. Austins role at Michael Johnson Performance involved leading their Major League Baseball, National Football League, college football, and college Olympic-sport offseason strength and conditioning programs. He also led the TCS Baseball strength and conditioning program, which is a 1-year post high school grad program of 50 baseball players. Following his time at MJP, he spent 2 years leading strength and conditioning programs to professional, collegiate, and high school athletes independently in Dallas, Texas before taking on the Director role at K27 Performance in June 2020.
